Kris is the leader of the team at KrasenLach, whose main role is ensuring our team buys into the company vision. Her other role is trying to fatten everyone up with her cooking.
Kris holds a MSc in Civil engineering (water supply and sewerage systems) from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Sofia, Bulgaria. She has 7 years of experience as a civil engineer, with a particular focus on external water supply and sewerage systems, and has also worked extensively as a construction supervisor and in investor control. Kris is a Charted Engineer by the Chamber of Engineers in investment design in Bulgaria (PPP KIIP).

Krasi is a director at KrasenLach, leading the MEP department. She completed her MSc in Civil Engineering (water supply and sewerage systems) at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria, and is a Charted engineer in the UK (CEng MCIBSE) and a Charted Engineer by the Chamber of Engineers in investment design in Bulgaria (PPP KIIP).
Krasi has years of experience designing large-scale engineering projects around the world. She specialises in public health design engineering, but her knowledge spans multiple disciplines, including civil engineering, fire protection, infrastructural gas systems, mechanical engineering, industrial and waste water treatment.When not at work, you can find Krasi on a run, or tucked into an armchair with a book and a cup of tea.

Lacho leads the temporary works department. He is passionate about structural engineering and is constantly developing his skills. He is motivated by his love of learning, and when he doesn’t have his nose in a textbook, he loves to travel and cycle. Lacho recently graduated from the City University of London with an MSc in Temporary Works and Construction Method, and is en route to become a CEng with the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Lacho’s skills include structural analysis, surveying, and drafting (2D and 3D Modeling). He worked as a design manager at GKR Scaffolding Ltd. from 2014 to 2019, and previously worked for KrasenLach as a surveyor from 2011 to 2014.

G is our project coordinator and leading electrical engineer. He has an MSc in Civil engineering (drainage systems) from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Sofia, Bulgaria. He is also in the process of completing his MSc in Electrical Engineering, following in his family’s footsteps. G is a Certified Health and safety inspector and coordinator, a certified quality assurer and supervisor, and a member of the Chamber of Engineers in investment design (Bulgaria).
G’s specialties include engineering design and calculations, investor control, site supervision and management, health and safety inspection, and quality assurance. He is also handy with dispensing life advice to the rest of the team, and can always be relied on to have a bag of sweets on hand.
At KrasenLach, G is responsible for the optimisation of firm productivity and quality goals. He creates and implements procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency, determines staffing requirements and trains new team members, and supervises and monitors team performance.
