Where did we get involved?

We were contracted to design:

– Flood mitigation system
– Temporary drainage systems
– Dry main system
– Temporary lighting analysis

1-5 Grosvenor Square

Is a new development in Hyde Park Corner, London. The new building will replace the 1950 offices with high quality hotel and residential apartments.

Where did we get involved?

We coordinated the temporary public health and power supply systems for the site. Even at this day, 3D modelling is still not common for temporary works, however, we managed to design the entire system using 3D package and we used clash detection to ensure smooth site operation.

  • "Lacho has been very professional throughout all stages of the design and we would fully recommend the use of KrasenLach for any scaffold designs. DAM will approach them in the future should we require further scaffold requirements for our projects."

  • "This was a very challenging project both technically and from programming terms. From the onset I was impressed with the professionalism and ‘can do’ attitude of Krasenlach and their ability to prepare the brief and design from minimal information. Their sole aim being to achieve the best results for the client. They worked tirelessly to deliver the Project design on time and with a clarity of purpose. I look forward to working with them again in the future."
