120 Oxford Street 120 Oxford House is a commercial redevelopment project in the heart of London. KrasenLach team was engaged to perform a design check of the existing stone and brickwork façade. The client brief demanded that the existing high façade be preserved on the outside while the repair works continue at the low level. After conducting an extensive evaluation of the site, our team not only managed to utilise the existing scaffold for operations but also came up with an intricate needling scheme. 14 Gloucester Square Domestic The existing flat timber roof had suffered extensive damage over the years as the timber rotted from water ingress. KrasenLach was in charge of designing a new timber roof and new window lintels. Special design provisions were made to the new timber roof design for supporting heavy plant equipment. We were also responsible for extending the external brickwork wall. The project was executed with the existing structure in occupancy.

Industrial Wilton Power Station Our team is involved in the upgrade project, and we provide designs for the construction of temporary protection for essential services during these critical changes. Wilton Power Station is a coal power station commissioned in 1953 and located in Middleborough. Since 2007, the power station has been undergoing a modernisation program and acquiring new capabilities to utilise sustainable energy options. Temporary Works Vauxhall Bridge Road Vauxhall Bridge Road is a commercial redevelopment project in central London. It involved the demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a new commercial building in its place. Our team performed a CAT 3 check on the 30m tall freestanding concrete core.
