KL Structural / Temporary Works

Structural engineering built around construction.

Temporary works, construction-stage support and contractor-led permanent works from a small, senior-led team.

Engineering begins with understanding a structure's purpose: how it must perform and how it will be built, maintained, altered or dismantled.

Our core expertise lies from Stage 4 through construction to completion, where site conditions change and timely, well-judged decisions matter. We consider buildability, sequencing, access, existing assets, maintenance and construction risk from the outset.

Integrated construction support

Engineering that remains connected to project delivery.

Our support extends beyond individual design packages. We assess existing structures, advise on alterations and temporary loading, respond to technical queries and support construction sequencing. Site attendance forms part of our normal approach, helping us provide consistent and responsive engineering input as site conditions and priorities change.

We work through cloud-based project management and document-control systems to coordinate submissions, reviews and responses with the wider project team. We also produce coordinated 3D structural models that can be fully integrated into the project's federated model and central information-management environment.

Category 2 and Category 3 design checks, independent reviews and proportionate technical assurance.
